eRealty Advisors was founded by Stephen Apple and Richard Wolff, seasoned professionals with extensive experience in the real estate industry. Their vision is to empower agents with the tools and support they need to thrive in an ever-changing market.

Stephen (“Steve”) Apple

Stephen Apple is a seasoned real estate professional with more than 40 years of experience in the industry. He has worked as a broker and investor with properties of all types, including residential, commercial, office, and retail on behalf of both landlords and tenants. He has collaborated with prominent brokerage firms such as Edward S. Gordon Co., Insignia, CBRE, Massey Knakal Realty, and Newmark Knight Frank.

With a deep understanding of the trends impacting the industry, Steve brings his extensive experience, energy, and passion to eRealty Advisors and is committed to helping brokers succeed.

Richard Wolff

Richard Wolff has a background in accounting and finance and has been a licensed real estate broker for more than 45 years. His experience includes extensive leasing in the residential, commercial, office, and retail sectors, as well as investing in single-family homes and multi-family apartment complexes.

Before starting his career in real estate, Richard worked as an accountant with Coopers & Lybrand (prior to its merger with Price Waterhouse). Passionate about the real estate industry since his college years, Richard brings his entrepreneurial spirit and creativity to eRealty Advisors.
